How can I order if my country or region isn’t listed?
Although we have extensive experience with Swedish candy and its market, we are relatively new to exporting these delightful treats beyond Sweden’s borders. Our website is newly launched, so some shipping options may not yet be fully optimized. However, we do ship worldwide!
If you don’t see your country listed as a shipping option, simply select the closest available region and send us a message. We’ll handle the adjustment on our end at no extra cost to you.
For example, when a customer from the Philippines noticed their region wasn’t listed, they reached out to us. We quickly updated our system, and they successfully placed their first order within minutes.

How can I be sure you have my items in stock and will dispatch my order promptly?
We update our site daily, constantly adding new products and ensuring availability information is accurate. However, Swedish candy trends shift quickly, and demand can occasionally exceed supply, leading to temporary stock shortages before updates are reflected online.
Rest assured, we work closely with suppliers and stock large wholesale quantities of most items. In rare cases where a product is out of stock, we’ll promptly inform you and suggest alternatives to minimize delays.

How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. For most orders, the processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on the size of your order and current warehouse stock levels.
Small to medium orders: Typically processed within 1-5 business days.
Large orders (pallets): If everything is in stock, processing time remains 1-5 business days. For orders over one pallet or up to a full container, preparation may take 5-15 business days to ensure everything meets our high standards.
